Privacy Policy
Here's what we collect, and why.
No dark patterns, no selling your information, no surprises. If anything below isn't clear, email us and we'll explain it in normal words.

The short version
We don't sell your data
Not to advertisers, not to list brokers, not to anyone. It isn't part of how we make money.
You can leave anytime
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your information whenever you want.
We only ask for what we need
Usually a name and an email. We don't need your birthday, and we don't store card numbers.
Real humans read it
Your workshop questions and quiz answers go to us, not into an ad-targeting machine.
01
Who we are
Easy Peasy Media Co is a small business marketing studio based in Post Falls, Idaho. We run social media, websites and local SEO, podcast production, a free workshop, and 1:1 coaching. This policy covers our website, our email list, and every one of those offerings.
02
What we collect and when
We collect different things depending on how you interact with us.
- Free workshop registration — your name and email, plus your business name if you share it, and the scheduling details of the session you picked. We use it to send you the link, the reminder, and the follow-up resources.
- Content Checkup quiz — your answers to the audit questions and the email address you enter to see your results. Your answers are tied to your email so we can send your score and give you relevant advice. This is the most personal information we hold, and we treat it that way.
- Newsletter — your email address, and which of our emails you opened or clicked, so we can tell what's actually useful and stop sending what isn't.
- Coaching, mastermind, and project inquiries — your contact details and whatever you tell us about your business, goals, and current marketing, so we can prepare for the call and do the work.
- Client work — if we manage your accounts, we hold the access credentials and analytics you give us. We use them only to do your work, and we hand them back and remove our access when we're done.
- Everyone who visits the site — standard analytics like pages viewed, rough location, and device type. That's aggregate, not personal, and it just tells us which pages people find.
03
How we use it
To deliver what you asked for, to follow up about it, and to send occasional emails about our own workshops, coaching, and resources. That's the whole list.
We may email you about a paid offering after you take the free workshop or the quiz, because that's the honest point of a free offer. You can opt out of those emails in one click and still keep everything you signed up for.
We never use what you tell us in a coaching session, a quiz answer, or a discovery call as public marketing without asking you first.
04
Payments
Coaching, the mastermind, and project work are paid through a third-party processor. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our systems. We see your name, what you bought, and whether it went through, and nothing else.
05
Who else touches your information
We use a small set of trusted tools to run the business. Each one holds only the piece it needs, and each has its own privacy policy.
- Website hosting — our site and its forms are hosted on Squarespace.
- Email marketing — our newsletter and follow-up sequences are sent through an email platform that stores your address and engagement.
- Scheduling — discovery calls and workshop sessions are booked through a scheduling tool that holds your name, email, and time slot.
- Payments — handled by our payment processor, as described above.
- Analytics — aggregate site traffic data.

Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep things working and to count visits. You can block them in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like forms and the quiz, may not behave properly if you do.
07
How long we keep things
Newsletter and workshop information stays until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Quiz results are kept so we can reference your score if you come back or book a call. Client project files are kept for our records after a project ends, and we'll delete them sooner if you ask.
08
Your rights
You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. You can unsubscribe from any email without deleting anything else. Just email us — there's no form to fill out and no hoops.
09
Kids
Our services are for business owners and creators. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we'll remove it.
10
Changes to this policy
If we add an offering or change a tool, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we'll say so in an email rather than quietly editing the page.
QUESTIONS OR REQUESTS
Want your information removed?
Email us and we'll delete it. You don't need a reason and you won't get a retention pitch. We'll confirm once it's done, usually within a few days.
